He was predeceased by: his father Edgar Moody. He is survived by: his wife Gabrielle Moody (Caudill); his children, John Moody Jr. (Marcy) and Lisa Kachelries (Mike); his grandchildren, Eric Fiorini, Shawn Kachelries and Lynette Kachelries; his great grandchildren, Blaze, Joslyn, Ryder, Sawyer, Malakhi, Payzlee and Nicco; and his brothers, Mark, Harold and Jonathan Moody.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Harmony Hospice in Jack's honor.
