He was predeceased by: his father Elihue Watters; his wife Lola Watters; his mother Dessaree Harper; his mother-in-law Juanita Judy Cook; his daughter Tiffany Arnold (Watters); and his cousins, Thomas Harper, Linsey Kade, Cecil and Martha.
He is survived by: his sons, James Breneman (Ashley) and Virgil Breneman (Jessica); his cousin Roseann Applin; his grandchildren, Anthony, Ally, Cory, Tavarus, JD Junior, JayDen, Jayla, Breeze, Unique, Ariehanna, Jackie, David, Tanasha, Kaylee, Caleb, Travis, Delawrence II, Donivin, Tiarra, Sanai, Jeremy, Jerome, Corbin, Joudrin, Issac and Andrew; and his close friends, Kathy, Timmy Mays, Richard Bowsher and Eugene Fields. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
