He is survived by: his mother Lois Barbara Dale; his wife Lisa Marie Dale; his sons, Mathew Morgan (Katie), Sean Dale and John Ryan Dale; his grandchildren, Logan, Michael, Aynslee, Charlotte Dale, Colin and Mary Morgan; and his sisters, Carolyn Dunkin (David) and Linda Price (Jeff). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
