He was predeceased by: his parents, George Owen and Esther Owen (Dye); and his siblings, Floyd Owen (Sarah) and Virginia Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Owen; his daughter Denise Crumley (Brent); his grandsons, Lucas Crumley (Melissa) and Sean Crumley (Elizabeth); his great grandchildren, Addison and Payton Crumley; and his siblings, Howard Owen and Carol Erwin.
