It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan I. Patzer (Urbana, Ohio), born in Kent, Ohio, who passed away on September 15, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Fiocca and Lucia Fiocca; her husband Roland Patzer; and her brother-in-law Neil Davis. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Patzer (Tom Boyer) and Chip Patzer (Meredith); her granddaughters, Sophia Patzer and Caroline Patzer; and her sister Nancy Davis (Fiocca).
