He was predeceased by: his children, Anita "Nee Nee" Henry, Homer Roberts, Jr. and Tonniet Jackson; and his brother Lawrence Pegram. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Jackson (Harris); his children, Shawn Darden, Andre Darden and Eboni Darden; his siblings, William Jackson (Deana), Michael Pegram, Sandra Franklin (Warren) of Stone Mountain, GA, Myra Gallop and Brenda Taylor of Prince George, VA; his mother Rebecca Gallop; his in-laws, Brenda Ponder, Joy Harris, Juanita Harris, Debra Peterson (Brian), Rick Warfield (Valinda), Esther Thomas (Curtis), Kevin Warfield (Anglea) and Jackie Monroe (Alvin); his grandchildren, Anisha Savery (Cedric), Brooks James (Mary), Bianca James and Brittany James; and his close friends, David and Rita McDaniel. He is also survived by many other grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Littleton & Rue Funeral Home and Crematory (830 N Limestone St, Springfield, OH 45503).
