She was predeceased by: her father Robert L. Adkins. She is survived by: her boyfriend Chuck Rutherford; her children, Colleen Kitchen, Savanna Kitchen, Bethany Cox and Seth Cox; her siblings, Nancy Adkins and Greg Adkins; her grandchildren, Paige Rutherford, Natalie Rutherford, Tyler Kitchen, Taylor Rutherford, Madison Rutherford and Lincoln Karg; her niece Makayla Adkins; and the fathers of children, Phillip Kitchen and Cecil Cox.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to their crowdfunding account to help offset funeral arrangements.
