She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Stratton and Eliza Stratton; her husband F. Earl Bartley; and her siblings, John Stratton and Joyce (Art).
She is survived by: her sons, David (Kathy) and John Russell (Holly); her brother James; and her sisters-in-law, Sue and Naomi Stratton. She is also survived by six grandchildren, one step-grandchild, thirteen great grandchildren and two step-great grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions and the family's concern for others in this pandemic there will be no public services.
