She is survived by: her children, Howard Hawkins (Irene), Joanne Shelpman (Ed), Laura McCoy (Rusty), Kim Sidders (Tim) and Phyllis Borders; her grandsons, Keith and Cheyenne Smith; her siblings, Wayne, Donna, Phyllis, Bill, Mary and Connie Sue; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Aaron, Charles, Timmy, Sarah, Megan, Matthew, Mitchell, George, Howard, Peggy, Missy, Tiffany, Chris, Steven, Melissa and Joey.
