He is survived by: his wife Rachel Shields (Jennings); his children, Megan Cupps (Brad), Cody Shields, Preston Shields (Ashley) and Joanna Brown (Karl); his grandchildren, Micha, Rylan, Maleah, Haylee, Jordan, Breanna, Damian, Dominic, Keely, Kenny and Olivia; and his brothers, Bob Shields and Shawn Shields.
