"Jay" Lykins II (Amanda), Angela Lykins and John Ferguson; his grandchildren, Evan, Cross, Slade Lykins, Emma Lykins, Jason, Joe, John and Josh Ferguson; his great grandchild Octavia; his brothers, Richard Lykins (Mary Margaret) and Thomas Lykins; and his close friends, Ronald Rehl, Robert "Coach" Cawley and Mary Jo Arick.
