He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Parker and Florence Parker (Yohn); his siblings, Betty Parker, William Parker, Dorothy Davey, Kathryn Colwell, Lester Parker, Daniel Parker and Richard Parker; his niece Robin Parker; his parents-in-law, David and Amy Legge; and his brothers-in-law, David Legge and Bob Lawton.

He is survived by: his spouse Litha; his children, Jennifer Ferguson (James), Sonya Evans and James Parker (Tammy); his siblings, David Parker, Melvin Parker (Jeanetta) and Sue Bump (James); his grandchildren, Greg Parker (Nikki), Anthony Parker, Bradley Evans (Jessica), Ashley Ferguson, Aaron Parker (Krista), Kayla Evans, Brittany Evilsizor (Tyler), Cory Parker and McKenzie Kapphahn; his great grandchildren, Adam, Maverick, Zella, August, Taelor, Skylynn, Anna, Sawyer, Kane, Sarina, Miriam, Braylee, Vivian, Tucker, Celeste and Landon; and his sister Jackie Schmidt (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
