He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Foster and Ruth A. Markin (Cottrell); and his sister Linda Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his children, Teri Woodruff (Todd) and Andy Markin (Christie); his sister Candy Partick; his brother-in-law Carl Jenkins; his grandchildren, Levi Woodruff (Haleigh), Trevor Woodruff, Kelsie Dufford (Andrew) and Andrea Markin; his great grandchildren, Landry, Hadley, Lincoln, Thomas, Mason and Joni; and his close friends, Max and Yvonne Woodruff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
