He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude L. and Mary Jane North (Neer); and his sister Melissa Notestine. He is survived by: his wife Kay North (Clark); his daughters, Tammy Shore (Eric), Tonda North and Tiffany Arnett (Greg); his grandchildren, Nathan Honaker (Debbie), Nachelle Schimmoller (Brian), Ashton Arnett and Gannon Arnett; his great grandchild Harper Schimmoller; his sister Nancy Zerkle (Larry); and his brothers-in-law, Ron Clark (Debbie) and Robert Notestine. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
