She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulysses Harold and Helen Ruth (Poetker); her husband Russell Wellman; and her brothers, Harold Ruth, Oscar Ruth, Carl Ruth and James Ruth.
She is survived by: her daughters, Robbin Nicol (Brian) and Tonya Evans (Ed); her grandchildren, Cory Nicol (Amy), Andy Nicol, Emily Klinger (Rob) and Katie Evans (Eric Bloebaum); her nieces and nephews, Sharon, Linda, Jackie, Nadene, Nancy, Bud, Steve, Kerry and Cindy; and her cousins, Jamie and Jason.
