He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Nancy E. Boyd (Derr); his children, Brittany Hecker (Jesse) and Brandon Boyd; his grandchildren, Ethan and Aubrey Hecker; his significant other Kathy Tennyson; his father Robert D. Boyd; and his brother Brian Boyd. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
