He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Glenn and Mary Adelia Lewis (Williams). He is survived by: his siblings, Julia A. Rhoades (Gary), Roger Lewis (Amy) and Mark Lewis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many friends.
