She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary K. Spellman (Vermillion) and Theodore K. Spellman; her husband Paul Leitenberger; and her brother Charles Spellman. She is survived by: her children, Janet Lewis (Jerry) of DeGraff and Paul H. Leitenberger II (Cristy) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Paul Leitenberger III, Breanna Leitenberger, Erin Lewis, Brittney Lewis, Emily Lewis and Jerry "LJ" Lewis, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Lexus Suttles, Derrick Suttles Jr., Kyleigh Burnside, Haleigh Miller and Justin Moore II; her sister Patricia Dunlavy of Urbana; and her sister-in-law Juanita Sours (John) of Colorado. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
