He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond O'Neal and Catherine Pearl O'Neal; his sons, Daniel and Mark; and his grandchild Alexa Febres.

He is survived by: his wife Mary O'Neal (Metzger); his children, Mary Kathryn Daum (Rodney) of West Liberty, Kristine Febres (Antonio) of Raleigh, Andrew O'Neal (Susan) of Solon, Thomas O'Neal (Carolyn) of Cable, Michael O'Neal (Amber) of Marysville and Aaron O'Neal (Jill) of Cable; his grandchildren, Megan Henry (Kiel), Greyson Miller, Hayley, Kelsey O'Neal, John Mason, Thomas Jr., Andrew O'Neal, Alyssa, Dallas Febres, Tristan Hanline, Darian, Samantha Greenbaum, Nicole O'Neal, Erryl Will, George Aidan, Addison and Ava O'Neal; his great grandchildren, Jasper, Jaelon Henry, Elliot and Lennon Hanline; and his brother Raymond O'Neal (Diane) of Hilliard. He is also survived by friends, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins.
