He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Salzgaber and Harry Salzgaber. He is survived by: his wife Bette; his sister Jan Courtright (Gary); his nephew David Harris (Clair Elaine); his great-niece Larrisa Harris; and his great-nephew Graham Harris.
