It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Arthur Pensyl of Urbana, Ohio, born in Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on August 13, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Pensyl and Gladys Pensyl (Pearson). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Pensyl (Stults); his children, Michelle Leigh Pensyl (Jeff Peck) and Terry Arthur Pensyl (Dawn); his grandchildren, Nicholas Pensyl (Lindsay), Taylor Kainrad (Noah), Mackenzie Pensyl, Blake Damico (Nicholas) and Meredith Peck; and his great grandchildren, Riley Jordan Pensyl and Lula Jo Kainrad.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, any local animal shelter or a charity of your choice.
