He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover J. Walters Sr. and Katharyn A. Barr (Miller). He is survived by: his son Michael B. Walters (Amber); his grandchildren, Tristan Denton, Macy Cornett, Brayden Albaugh and John Albaugh III; and his siblings, Terry Barr, Richard Barr (Chris), Grover "Bud" Walters II, Russell, Sabrina Taylor, Kelley Clark and Stephanie Garber. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
