He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Lippencott, Garland "Buddy" Nichols Jr. and Danny Joe Nichols; his grandchildren, Garrett (Stephanie), Cody (Mickey), Casie (Paul Myers II), Amanda, Alisha, Ashley, Haley (Talbott), Hunter, Wade (Kaira), Tanner (Alexis), Madison Paige, Kennedy and Devin; his great grandchildren, Madyson, Chloe, Braylon, Trey, Skyla, Molly and Parker; and his sisters, Ellen Gonsalves and Ann McCall. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
