It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Freddie Eugene Martin of Urbana, Ohio, born in Mechanicsburg, Ohio, who passed away on May 9, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Lindsey and Ersel May Martin (Davis); his daughter Connie Cox; his siblings, Elmer Martin (Martha), Ray Martin Jr. (Beverly) and Rosalie; and his sons-in-law, Wayne Boldman and Eugene Burden.
He is survived by: his wife Lola Irene Martin (Glassburn); his children, Ricky Martin (Char) and Carolyn Burden; his son-in-law Pastor Dave Cox; his sister-in-law Martha Martin; and his grandchildren, Dawndee (Mike), Nickee (Matt), Tasha (Chad), Nathan (Brittany), Cierra, Beth (Zack), Mark, Cam, Kimmee, Mandee (Ken), Heidi (Derek), Tyson, Andrew (Lianne), Erika (Eric) and Jessica.
Guests are respectfully asked to wear masks and attendance will be monitored to ensure safety for everyone attending.
