He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ellis and Nora Bell Watkins (Sexton); his siblings, Charles "Ray" Watkins and Marita Turley; and his sister-in-law Becky Watkins.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Watkins (Ferryman); his children, Lisa Watkins, Todd Watkins (Debbie) and Chad Watkins; his stepsons, Richard Harner (Tiann) and Zachary Kelso (Arica); his grandchildren, Amanda, Katie (Brenton), Kylie, Rhea, Scott, Tristan and Kambree; his great grandchildren, Maley, Kendall, Delaney, Mickey and Lexi; his siblings, Thomas "Ralph" Watkins (Marilyn), H. "Jane" Sockman (Phillip), Iva Coy (Gary), Ellis Watkins, Bonnie Miller (Don) and Elmer Watkins (Carolyn); and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Watkins and Nick Turley.
