She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Couchman and Robert Couchman; her husband Gene Dibert; and her siblings, Patricia McIntire and Richard Couchman.

She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Moore (Kym) of Urbana and Dr. Steven Dibert (Jocelyn) of Gastonia; her grandchildren, Andrew Moore of Centerville, Emily O'Bryan (John) of Fitchburg, Karia Dibert of Chicago and Kassi Dibert of Raleigh; her great grandchild Eleanor O'Bryan of Fitchburg, Wisconsin; and her siblings, James Couchman of Urbana and Shirley Henry of Rosewood, Ohio..

In light of the presence of the coronavirus variant, there was not a viewing and a private service were held graveside.
