We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2025, at the age of 83, Edith E. Gregg of Urbana, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Edith had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Edith may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Gregg and Jennie Gregg (Kinsler); her siblings, Howard Gregg (Dorotha), Dorothy Wilson (Bud), Ernest Gregg (Mildred), Fredrick Gregg (Wathalyn), Edward Gregg (Martha), Glenn Gregg (JoAnne) and Earl; and her grandmother Carol Havens (Preston).
She is survived by: her friend George Thrasher. She is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Oakdale Cemetery (319 Patrick Ave, Urbana, OH 43078). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at the same location.
