He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Stinson and Mollie Stinson (Gilliam); his parents-in-law, Newte and Lura Ferguson; his sister-in-law Delma Ferguson Greene (James); and his siblings, Vivian Stinson Resler (James), Wanda Stinson Castle (Ralph), Willard Stinson (Judy) and Willie H. Stinson (Mary Ellen).
He is survived by: his wife Lois Ferguson Stinson; his siblings, Loretta Stinson Roush (James) and Wayne Stinson (Deloris); and his brother-in-law Woody Ferguson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
