Doris Levy Bard Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Levy Bard of Urbana, Ohio, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on August 26, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Levy and Pauline Levy (Feingold); her husband Bernard M. Bard; her daughter Wendy M. Mesmer; her sister Anita "Bunny" Chesis; and her aunt Katherine Feingold Lowenthal.
She is survived by: her children, Priscilla Dixon (William) and Spencer E. Bard; her grandchildren, Katherine L. Brumfield (David), Daniel S. Bandman (Carrie), Lauren R. Bandman and John Mesmer (April); her great grandchild Jack F. Bandman; her brother-in-law Murray Chesis; and her niece Eileen Chesis (Peggy Wilkins).
