It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Frazier of Urbana, Ohio, born in Swanton, Ohio, who passed away on September 28, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrell Clay and Grace Clay (Halderman); and her brothers, Darrell Keith and James L. Clay. She is survived by: her children, Roberta Ray (Donald), Tracey Wanner (Steve), Tim Frazier and Richard E. Frazier. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be given to a Charity of the Donor's choice in Doris's memory.
