He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Holycross and Florence Holycross (Lloyd); his wife Anita Louise Holycross; his son Michael Holycross; and his siblings, Richard Holycross, Helen Burk and Gale Tussing.
He is survived by: his son Randy Holycross of Urbana; and his grandchildren, Matt, Michael Holycross (Debra), Megan Jacobs (Andrew) and Sara Karg (Justin). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
