He is survived by: his wife Tamara Church; his sons, Joshua Stillgess (Jade) and Bradley Lucas (Victoria); his siblings, Garry Church (Cheryl), Loraine Church, Margena Church and Patricia Bacon (Donnie); his cousin Robert Price; his aunts, Ethel Jones and Gloria Edwards; and his close friend Steve Brewington (Blues). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
