He is survived by: his children, Amy Feazel (Dale), Cathy Worthington (Ryan) and Tyler Powell; the mother of his children Rebecca Powell; his grandchildren, Rebecca Horn, Daniel, Hunter, Wyatt Long, Reece and Carson Worthington; his great grandchild Paityn Horn; his sister Lisa Hay; and his cousin Steven King. He is also survived by numerous other cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family.
