He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Patrick and Thelma M. Patrick (Patzkowski); his son Cory; his brother Michael Patrick; and his brother-in-law Michael Knapp.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew Laird (Jennifer), Emily Wells (Doug), Sarah Evans (Cain), Amanda Strickland (Wade), David Patrick II (Brandy) and Jonathan Patrick (Angelique); his sister Nancy Knapp; his grandchildren, Isabella, Aleacia, Sophia, Mila Laird, Anna, Samantha Wells, Quinn, Torin Evans, Shane, Reagan Strickland, David Patrick III (Drake), Triston, Noah and Alexander Patrick; and his former wives, Elia Laird (Pena) and Jeri Patrick (Buck). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as the cherished mothers of his children.
