She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Rice and Nelore Rice (Shaffer); her husband Roger Rhodes; her daughters, Karen Brown and Tondra Rhodes; and her daughter-in-law Cynthia Rhodes.
She is survived by: her son Jeron Rhodes; and her grandchildren, Kyle Rhodes (Nancy), Mike Rhodes (Jessica), Angie Spence, Amy Westcott, Shannon Rhodes, Ryan Rhodes (Cheryl), Craig Brown and Shelley. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association in Darlene's honor.
