He was predeceased by: his parents, David L. Kramer and Kathryn R. Kramer (Gwynn). He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Kramer (Loretta) of Bellefontaine, Ray Kramer (Cheryl) of Bellefontaine and Elaine Berry (John) of West Mansfield; and his nieces and nephews, Larry Kramer, Lisa Nichols, Gina Tighe and Kevin Berry.
