He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Edward and Lula Mae Rife (Chronberry); and his brother Billy Rife. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rife (Holycross); his stepchildren, Mike, Joanna Horsley, Dale Horsley, Carl Horsley, Susan, Skip Mintchell, Warren Horsley and Della Trimble; his brothers-in-law, Glenn, Kim Holycross and Doug Holycross; and his great grandchild Dylan Daniels.
