She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Martindill and Anna Martindill (Cox); her husband Franklin Monroe Halley, Sr.; her daughter Beverly Halley; her son-in-law Mike Hutchinson; her granddaughter Amanda K. Hutchinson; and her siblings, Mary Osborne, Edna Rutherford and Charlie Martindill.
She is survived by: her children, Linda L. Garver (Kenny), Brenda K. Hutchinson and Frank J. Halley, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Debbie K. Wynn (Tom), Stacy M. Eaton (Roger), Kelly L. Triplett (Fred), Michelle L. Moore (Jeff) and Andrew M. Hutchinson (Rachelle). She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
