It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Lee Spellman of Urbana, Ohio, who passed away on November 18, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Charles Millner. She is survived by: her husband Hugh Spellman; her daughter Stacy L. Owens Jr. (Richard); her grandson Richard "Richie" Owens III; her siblings, Marsha Allen (Phil) and David Millner (Deb); and her sisters-in-law, Carolyn and Susan Spellman.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church or PAWS in Cynthia's honor.
