He is survived by: his wife Virginia Kissinger (Stewart); his daughter Cynthia A. "Cindi" Koch (David) of Grove City; his grandchildren, Conner L. Budwine of Gahanna and Ethan Bradley Koch of Grove City; his great grandchild Caiden Budwine; and his siblings, Marjorie Underwood of Indiana, Jane Cernek (Dean) of Wisconsin, Lloyd Kissinger (Nancy) and Karl Kissinger (Julie).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any Christian School in Cliff's name.
