Cheryl Smith Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cheryl Smith of Urbana, Ohio, born in Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on June 13, 2020 at the age of 46. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Edgar Moody (Carrie), Jerold Smith (Pauline) and Mary Overton. She is survived by: her parents, Harold Moody and Diane Moody (McNeely); her husband Daniel Smith; her sons, Levi (Lane), Hunter and Daniel "Trey" Smith; and her siblings, Christina Gaus and Tim Cacia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the restrictions of the Covid-19, we will be following the guidelines set by Governor DeWine's office.
