It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Hartshorn of Urbana, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on February 21, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Junior Hartshorn and Dorothy Hartshorn (Valentine); and her sisters, Betty Jones (Wayne) and Barbara Byus (Larry). She is survived by: her children, Tamara Church (Derron), Leona Wilkins and Gordon "Keith" Wade; her grandchildren, Joshua Stillgess (Jade), Trish Rivera, Sean Rollins, Tracy Fields (Courtney), Bradley Lucas (Victoria), Tasha Wilkins (Raymond) and Travis Wilkins; and her siblings, Eddie Hartshorn, Darrell "Mike" Hall, Lary Hall (Teresa), Darlene Crevison (John), Teresa Hodges and Rick. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
