She is survived by: her parents, Robert Chamberlain and Dorothy Chamberlain (Kitchen); her sons, Christopher Spain (Jessica) and Jaye Baker (Michele); her grandchildren, Korey Spain, Xander Spain, Xavier Spain, Kasey Spain, Oren Baker and Amelia Baker; and her siblings, Cathy Parks, David Chamberlain (Myung), Tony Chamberlain (Jill Skaggs), Steve Chamberlain (Alice), Danny Chamberlain (Moreen), Larry Chamberlain (Anna Marie) and Troy Chamberlain. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
