He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl B. Thomas and Bessie Lee Thomas (Turner); his sisters, Valerie A. Duncan and Carla Bernhisel; and his uncle Jim Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Jerene Thomas; his daughters, Christina L. Thomas and Carrie Thomas (Isaac Gradillas); his stepchildren, Rachel A. Adams, Lisa Sullivan and Richard G. Sullivan; his brother William Thomas; his granddaughter Autumn M. Ortman (Andy); his stepgrandchildren, Brittany M. Schneider, Delaney A. Vail (Shelden), Harley Jo Schneider, Dalylah F. Sullivan and Braxton M. Sullivan; and his aunt Nina Turner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
