It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carlton Thomas of Urbana, Ohio, who passed away on January 15, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl B. Thomas and Bessie Lee Thomas (Turner); his sisters, Valerie A. Duncan and Carla Bernhisel; and his uncle Jim Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Jerene Thomas; his daughters, Christina L. Thomas and Carrie Thomas (Isaac Gradillas); his stepchildren, Rachel A. Adams, Lisa Sullivan and Richard G. Sullivan; his brother William Thomas; his granddaughter Autumn M. Ortman (Andy); his stepgrandchildren, Brittany M. Schneider, Delaney A. Vail (Shelden), Harley Jo Schneider, Dalylah F. Sullivan and Braxton M. Sullivan; and his aunt Nina Turner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Vernon Funeral Home (235 Miami St, Urbana, OH 43078). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
