Candice R. Rice Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2024, at the age of 48, Candice R. Rice of Urbana, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Candice R. may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Candice R. touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She is survived by: her parents, William Charleston and Shirley Charleston (Zent); her husband Eric "Chad" Rice; and her sons, Austin Rice, Bentley Rice, Pierce Rice and Cooper Rice.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Vernon Funeral Home (235 Miami St, Urbana, OH 43078). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
