He is survived by: his wife Tamala Sue Tom; his daughter Amber Queen; his granddaughter Tempyst Skye Queen of Urbana; his parent Darrel Tom; his children, Heather Tom of California, Kristi Capps of California and Tracey Tom of California; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Tom of California, Camille of California, Kaylee of California and Gavin of California.
