With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Brett Michael Ridder of Urbana, Ohio, born in Springfield, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 6, 2024 at the age of 37. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Gerda (Fronmuller), Roberts, Roger and Lillian Ridder (Watkins); his aunt Brandy Keller; and his grandmothers-in-law, Jim Schafer and Carl Keller.
He is survived by: his wife Jessica Ridder (Schafer); his children, Charlie, Abe and Molly; his siblings, Brandon Ridder (Kayla), Megan Ridder, Jordan Porter (Matt), Emily Schafer (Corey Reed) and Samuel Schafer (Hannah Martin); his nieces and nephews, Maxwell, Junie Porter and Levi Ridder; his parents, Steve Schafer and Tammy Schafer; and his grandmothers, Toni Keller and Joann Schafer. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
