He is survived by: his wife Sherrie McCarty (Stevens); his children, Michael McCarty, Deborah McCarty (Edward Mechenbier) and Dale McCarty (Dolly); his stepchildren, Kimberly Massie, Dana Fazekas and Wilber Massie; and his grandson Jake McCarty. He is also survived by 8 step-grandchildren, 6 step-great grandchildren.
