She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. and Lucy Belle Jenkins (Nichols); her husband Robert Chambers Outram; her siblings, Edna Fowler, Lucy Belle Jenkins, Bertha Jenkins and Sherman Jenkins of Frank Jenkins; and her grandsons, Bobby Outram and Eddie Outram.

She is survived by: her children, Charles E. Jenkins, Mary Dean of Urbana and Tobe W. Outram of Bellefontaine; her stepson Robert Leon Outram (Betty) of Peebles, OH; and her siblings, Margaret Murphy, Helen Marshall, Dorothy Smith and Harold Jenkins. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
