He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Blair (King); his children, Bethel Blair, Billie Green, Doug Taylor and Tom Taylor (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Andy, Jedidiah, Ely, Codey, Dorian, Hannah, Layne, Emily, Alex, Liam and Max; and his siblings, Bonnie Hurd, Jean Spears (David), Jackie Blair (Patricia), Janie Auxier, Jim Blair (Buckie), Tim Blair, Jerry Blair (Belinda), Tenia Ratliff, Dion Blair (Gladys), Lisa Murry (Keith) and Teresa Vanhoose (David). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
